How long does delivery take?

Every WEMADEK piece is slowly handwoven to order, so please allow 30 to 60 days from the day you order to the day it reaches you. We email you as your garment moves through weaving, finishing, and dispatch.

Why does it take 30–60 days?

Nothing is mass produced. The cloth is woven by hand on traditional looms in Nigeria, then cut and tailored for your chosen size. That craft time is the reason the garment looks and lasts the way it does.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Lagos, with hubs in Dubai, Chicago, London, and Athens. Any import duties or local taxes charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Guests can look up an order with the order ID from the confirmation email on the Track page. If you created an account, every purchase and receipt is listed on the Orders page.

What sizes do you offer?

The Maduenu Long Coat and Deallah Trousers are both available in Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. Each product page has a full size chart with chest, waist, hip, and length measurements.

What colours can I choose from?

Both garments can be ordered in pink, orange, black, or blue. Pick your colour and size on the product page before adding to cart — because each piece is woven to order, the colour you choose is the cloth we weave.

What is the fabric and how do I care for it?

Our garments are made from handwoven cotton in the aso oke tradition. Dry clean, or hand wash cold and dry flat in shade. Press on low heat on the reverse side to protect the weave.

Can I request a custom measurement?

Yes — place your order in the closest standard size and reply to your confirmation email with your measurements. Our tailors will adjust the fit before the piece is finished.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) through Stripe, Paystack for Nigerian cards and bank transfers, and crypto including USDC, ETH, and BTC.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, Paystack, and our crypto processor. We never see or store your card details, and your order is only confirmed once the payment provider verifies it.

Which currency am I charged in?

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your bank or payment provider converts to your local currency at their rate at the time of purchase.

Can I return a damaged garment?

Yes — you can return a damaged garment within 3 months of delivery. Email us your order ID and photographs of the damage and we will arrange the return, then repair, replace, or refund the piece. We cover return postage on accepted damage claims.

Can I return or exchange a garment I simply don't want?

Because each piece is handwoven to order, we accept returns only for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, within 3 months of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not possible, but we will always help you get the size and colour right before weaving starts.

Is there a warranty on WEMADEK garments?

Yes — every garment carries a one year warranty from delivery, covering our workmanship and materials: seam failure, stitching that comes away, weave or fabric faults, and faulty fastenings or elastic. We repair free of charge with postage both ways, or replace the piece if a repair isn't practical. Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect washing, and third-party alterations aren't covered.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change colour, size, or address free of charge within 48 hours of ordering, before weaving begins. After that the cloth is already on the loom for you.
